C-Bros.Contracting Ltd specializes in wood framing of both residential and commercial projects.  We build custom homes, single and multi-unit homes as well, as light commercial buildings. Our focus is on exceeding our customers’ expectations on projects no matter how big or small.

WHERE WE HAVE COME FROM

For over 3 decades, C-Bros.Contracting Ltd has framed for a number of major homebuilders, general contractors and individual homeowners.  We have earned a reputation in the construction industry for providing our customers with timely and highly competitive pricing without compromising the quality of the project. 

It’s also because of this vision that we have earned 90% of our business from repeat or referrals clients.  

C-Bros.Contracting Ltd. opened their doors April 1988. Frank Chikie and his brother Dan started the company just after the Edmonton Tornado in 1987, doing shingling replacing all the roofs damaged by the storm. After they finished replacing all the roofs around 1990 they decided to get into framing. Frank and Dan started with each other and 1 other employee. Slowly C-Bros. Contracting Ltd started to grow so they began training their guys to run crews of their own, getting up to about 20 crews by 2004.

  By 2007 C.Bros- Contracting Ltd. was up to 40 crews, with a Site Manager conducting daily inspections and a bookkeeper in the office

Fast-forward to this year, our vision and intention have remained steadfast, to provide our customers with timely and  competitive pricing without compromising the quality of the project.

HOW WE WILL GET THERE

To achieve these objectives, we stay up-to date with the latest safety practices and equipment and ensure all our framing crews have the proper training and qualification to perform the job. -
